Looking After Your Big Brute Warehouseman
If you've got a Big Brute Warehouseman, you'll enjoy cleaning up your large floors at a fraction of the time and with a fraction of the mess and fuss.
Adjusting your Warehouseman Brush
Firstly, make sure that your Warehouseman brush is properly adjusted before you start. It works best when it just skims the floor, taking bumps and dips in its stride.
You'll find the adjusment knob on the top of the brush assembly, just behind the suction hose that connects up to your Big Brute drum. Twist the knob so that the front bristles of the brush are just touching the ground.
If you find that your Warehouseham is "snowplouging" the muck and rubbish up in front of it as it goes, the brush is too low - raise it up a bit. If you find that some of the larger lumps are being left behind as you push it along, the brush is too high - lower it down a bit.
Care of your Warehouseman Brush
Have a look at your Warehouseman brush every now and again to make sure it's giving you the best results. Are all the bristles attached? Are the wheels at each end straight and spinning freely?
We can supply replacement bristles and squeegee blades for Warehouseman brushes/squeegees as, like all things, they'll eventually wear out with use.
Upgrade to a Warehouseman
This is all very well, but what if you've got a Big Brute Popular, or another model that doesn't have a front-mounted floor brush?
We can supply a Warehouseman floor brush upgrade kit for Big Brutes on 4-wheeled trollies.
And if you've got a very old Big Brute that has one of the 2-wheeled trolleys, we can even upgrade the trolley to give you that easy movement. Add on the floor brush upgrade and you've got yourself a Warehouseman!
Ideal for very large floors or where you've got fine dust on your floors ground up by forklifts.
