Big Brutes take on children's sandpits
Sucking up wet sandpit sand with the Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaners
It's a requirement that the sand in children's sandpits is regularly sifted to remove debris and cleaned.
We were approached by a company in Sydney, Australia, asking if the Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaners were able to tackle this.
We had no doubt that the Big Brutes would rapidly empty the sand from a children's sand pit. Whether it would manage wet sand, he had to see for ourselves.
We recommended using a Big Brute Wet & Dry with a Big Brute Interceptor. The sand could then be sucked straight into rows of waiting drums quickly and easily.
Children's sandpits are easily 200mm deep but in our test we used a few shovels-full of sand and a hosepipe to give it a good dousing.
Well, the results were pretty pleasing. The Big Brute sucked up the wet sand without a problem, sucking it straight up into the collecting drum with the Big Brute Interceptor.
