Powder Coaters improve staff efficiency with the Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaners

Pinjarra Powder Coaters Pty Ltd, Pinjarra, WA, first bought their Big Brute Popular Industrial Vacuum Cleaner from Big Brute Industries in 2007.
Greg Kirkwood and Geoff Hull, owners, have found that the Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaners are ideal for cleaning up during different parts of the powder coating process.
Items for powder coating are first sandblasted in house, producing a lot of fine garnet dust and powder coating dust that needs to be cleaned up.
The Big Brute can also suck up the garnet used in the sandblasting process.
With the number of different colours Pinjarra Powder Coaters use, cleaning the fluidised beds between colour changes is essential so that the next colour is contaminated with the previous.
"We bought a Big Brute Popular with a standard filter 4 years ago," said Geoff Hull, "and we're really impressed with how little maintenance it needs to keep going. We've not had to even replace a filter in all this time".
As a result, Greg and Geoff have found they can utilise their staff more efficiently.
"It's a testament to how much design work has gone into the manufacture of the Big Brute range in the UK that it requires so little maintenance," said Geoff.
