Healthier work environment in Stock Feed Plants with the Big Brute Popular Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

Kay Richards from the Ridley Agri-Products Stock Feed Manufacturing Plant of Gunbower in Victoria purchased a Popular Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaner for cleaning very fine dust created inside the Stock Feed Mill during production.
Kay Richards purchased the Big Brute after seeing a video of the Big Brute Popular in action on the Big Brute Australia website at www.bigbrute.com.au.
Whilst in Victoria, Laurie called into the Gunbower plant and met Paul Robinson, the 2nd in charge.
Paul gave Laurie a tour of the Stock Feed Mill so he could get a better understanding of what his customers require in a Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaner in the Stock Feed Manufacturing Industry.
As the Gunbower Plant produces 250 tonnes of feed per day and up to15 different varieties of Stock Feed Pellets, there is a lot of fine dust created during the processing operation.
This dust is first created by the whole grain being moved to the Hammer Mill which turns the whole grain into a fine powder.
This powder is then conveyed through into the pre-mix area where additives are added and then on into a mixer.
This mix is then conveyed to the batching area and then into the press where steam and heat are added to create the Stock Feed Pellets.
The Pellets are then moved into a cooling bin outside and allowed to cool sufficiently for the Pellets to be placed in the out loading bins.
Here trucks are parked underneath to deliver the pellets out to the Ridley Agri-Products customers.
The Gunbower Stock Feed Manufacturing Plant continuously runs 24 hours a day and is run by three shifts of Plant Operators.
The Big Brute Popular Industrial Vacuum Cleaner is used for up to 4 hours per shift and as Paul said: "We give the Big Brute a good work out each day."
The Big Brute can used to clean the ground floor and when other levels need cleaning, the 15m suction hose is taken up stairs and plugged into a ducted system where required.
Paul said: "By using the Big Brute we are keeping the fine dust levels down to a minimum and thereby creating a healthier working environment for our plant operators."
