With several Big Brute Popular Industrial Vacuum Cleaners onsite for a number of years, we were approached by Talison Lithium for another Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaner with the ability to clean out fine lithium ore powders from 4m deep drying pits.
Having the ability to suck fine powders over a distance of 10+ meters and also able to safely empty with a forklift was essential.
We recommended our Big Brute Suck & Dump Industrial Vacuum Cleaner in connection with our Cyclone Interceptor Lid. The Cyclone Interceptor Lid has been designed to clean up super fine powders and reduce the exposure of the powders to the Big Brute Industrial Vacuum Cleaner dual filtration system.
By using the Big Brute Suck & Dump Industrial Vacuum Cleaner, the lithium ore powder is able to be emptied directly into another vessel (a bulka bag, IBC, hopper etc.) with a forklift. With inbuilt forklift tyne slots and a conically shapped bottom, the Suck & Dump Industrial Vacuum Cleaner model allows for complete emptying everytime.
A 4 meter long aluminium scraper tool was custom fabricated to be used on the end of the suction hose allowing the user to clean right down to the bottom parts of the pit from the top.
